You can obtain such documentation from a recognized authenticator service. We will attend to any matter and work together with you to resolve it.

Returns/Refunds:
We understand that the shift to shopping online in this new frontier is frustrating and difficult for many. We want to make sure everyone feels supported in their purchasing. Thus we're now offering refunds on everything aside from the above.
Items must be returned in their exact state as they arrived to you within 14 days of receipt.
The original cost of shipping will not be refunded, and the return must be mailed at the shipper's own cost.
Any duties LAB incurs upon returning items, will be deducted from the refund amount.
