N°1 De Chanel products are housed in packaging designed with sustainability in mind as part of an environmentally conscious strategy. It is made with lighter glass (reduction in glass weight compared to the average weight of Chanel jars and bottles of similar capacity, for the eye cream, serum, cream, serum-in-mist, foundation, lip and cheek balm, and L'Eau Rouge) and printed with organic ink (obtained through organic chemistry). Some packaging components include partially bio-based materials. It is cellophane-free, contains no leaflet, and certain products are refillable (the cream, rich cream, and mask).

To receive a full refund, we require that you return the item and include official documentation that proves the designer handbag you purchased from us is not authentic. You can obtain such documentation from a recognized authenticator service. We will attend to any matter and work together with you to resolve it.

Returns/Refunds:
We understand that the shift to shopping online in this new frontier is frustrating and difficult for many. We want to make sure everyone feels supported in their purchasing. Thus we're now offering refunds on everything aside from the above.
Items must be returned in their exact state as they arrived to you within 14 days of receipt.
The original cost of shipping will not be refunded, and the return must be mailed at the shipper's own cost.
Any duties LAB incurs upon returning items, will be deducted from the refund amount.
