Orders ship in 3-10 business days from our Hamilton showroom. You'll receive tracking as soon as your item is on its way.
Returns & cancellations
Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, in the exact condition the item arrived. Final sale items (gift cards, beauty, pleasure devices, clearance, and sale items) are not eligible. There are no returns on orders shipped outside of Canada.
Original shipping is non-refundable, return shipping is paid by the customer, and any duties/tariffs incurred are deducted from the refund.
